What are the application qualifications?
Upon submitting your application to Empire Property Realty, LLC you are agree to the consent of background checks to ensure you qualify to your application for approval.
These background checks include the following:
- A credit history check
- A criminal history history background check
- A rental history inquiry
Does the application process include an application fee?
Yes. There is a non-refundable application fee of $50.00. Please review the requirements before submitting an application.
Are Co-Signers Allowed?
Co-signers are allowed on properties unless our listing specifically excludes co-signers.
Are Pets Allowed ?
Our property listing will indicate if the property is pet friendly.
